When you realise it is not quite right
Ordered your momkii online and realised after delivery that it is not right for you? If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided the statutory conditions are met.
We want the whole process to be as clear as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know, step by step.

14 days to change your mind
For standard online purchases, consumers may withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
You do not have to use our specific form. What matters is that you clearly inform us within the required period that you wish to withdraw from the contract. However, our prepared form can make the process easier.

Complete the withdrawal form or inform us clearly in another way that you wish to withdraw from the contract.
Pack the goods securely and send them back
Send or hand over the goods no later than 14 days after withdrawing from the contract. We recommend packing them carefully to prevent damage during transport.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
We will refund your payment
We will refund your payment within the statutory period using the same payment method you originally used, unless we agree otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or until you provide proof that you have sent them back.
Before sending the goods back
Trying is fine. Using is different.
You may inspect and reasonably try the goods to determine their nature, characteristics and functionality – just as you would be able to do in a physical store.
If the goods have been used beyond what is necessary for such an inspection and their value has consequently decreased, this reduction in value may be taken into account when processing the return.
Tip: if you still have the original packaging, use it to pack the goods securely. Most importantly, make sure the goods are protected from damage on their way back to us.
