2020 · Where it all began
BUNKR was born
It was from this very idea that our first modular set, known as BUNKR, was born in 2020 at the gateway to the Krkonoše Mountains.
The goal was clear. To bring children back the joy of simple play and remind parents of their own childhood. A place where a sofa could become a fortress, a pirate ship or a secret hideaway every single day. In a very short time, BUNKR became popular with customers and grew into one of the best-known examples of modular children's furniture in the Czech Republic.
2023 · A new chapter
BUNKR became momkii
In 2023, the BUNKR brand began an entirely new chapter. Production moved to Moravia, right into the heart of the Slovácko region, to the Uherské Hradiště area, and a new brand identity was created along with it.
The name changed.
The philosophy did not. The quality did not. The idea did not.
If you knew us as BUNKR, you are in the right place. Momkii is the natural continuation of a story that began in 2020. Momkii – a combination of the English words Mom & Kids.
Still the same furniture that adapts as children grow and as our homes change – bringing together practicality and playfulness in just the right way.
2026 · The next chapter
momkii joins the HRAČKOLKA family
At the beginning of 2026, momkii became part of the HRAČKOLKA family.
A family-run online store that has built a strong position in the Czech market in the field of toys and educational products. The values of HRAČKOLKA are very close to those of momkii, which made bringing the two brands together a natural step. We share the same values, the same philosophy and the same joy in creating products that encourage children's imagination.

Every momkii product is still made in the Czech Republic, in the heart of the Slovácko region, in cooperation with trusted Moravian manufacturers. From the first cut and careful sewing to the final quality inspection, every product passes through the hands of people who take pride in their work.
